New URL, header graphic & icon

The URL is now simply http://unspecified.net/ because I am not using the rest of the domain for anything else, really. Old URLs should still work, so yay for not breaking permalinks.
I also made a new header graphic and icon for the site. I though the all-text look was clean, but not unique. A single graphic element makes the site look a little more personalized, while the veryplaintxt theme’s overall clean look remains.
I made the graphic using Scribbles, a unique painting program for the Mac, and The GIMP. I traced over this still from the Assault & Flattery show, though I changed my facial expression:

Both the majority opinion and the dissent do our Court proud, joining a few others on that relatively short list of truly distinguished and thoughtful legal writings of which it or any court can boast. Neither opinion, however, confronts explicitly what is for me the overarching issue in the appeal.

Sec. 49.06. BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED. (a) A person commits an offense if the person is intoxicated while operating a watercraft.
(b) Except as provided by Section 49.09, an offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor, with a minimum term of confinement of 72 hours.
